Ravizi — Frequently Asked Questions

Ravizi is a platform that connects Performers and Fans directly. Performers can earn money from their content, and Fans can support the Performers they love and interact with them personally.

Ravizi is available worldwide. However, depending on where you live, you may run into difficulty setting up payments.

Ravizi takes data privacy seriously. If you delete your account, all of your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 6 months. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

All you need to create a Ravizi account is an active email address. To access most features:

• Fans need to connect a payment method.
• Performers need to submit a government-issued ID and link their banking information.

Go to Settings and select Delete Account. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link in that email to complete the deletion.

If you can't log in despite using the correct credentials, your account may have been suspended. This typically happens due to suspicious activity or a Terms of Service violation. If you believe the suspension was a mistake, please contact us at [support email].

Go to Settings → Notifications to adjust which notifications you receive from Ravizi.

If you can still log in, change your password immediately under Settings → Security.

If you can't log in, request a password reset from the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email.

When 2FA is enabled, you'll be prompted to enter a code each time you log in. Open your authentication app, find the code, and enter it on the Ravizi login screen.

Follow these steps to regain access:

• On a desktop, select "Alternative verification options" on the login screen and choose to receive the code by email.
• Enter the code you receive by email.
• Once logged in, go to Settings → Security and turn off Two-Step Verification.
• Re-enable 2FA using your new device.

Complete the following steps to set up your account for payouts:

• Add your bank details
• Upload a government-issued photo ID and a selfie holding that ID
• Complete your W9 form (US residents only)
• Wait for approval — this can take up to 7 days

From the main menu, go to Add Bank and fill in the required fields.

There are five ways to earn:

• Setting your Page to Subscription Mode (recurring monthly fee)
• Locking individual posts as Paid (one-time purchase per post)
• Receiving Tips from Fans
• Sending paid private messages
• Hosting VIP Rooms (one-on-one video chats)

You keep 80% of all earnings — from subscriptions, paid posts, paid private messages, Tips, and VIP Rooms. The remaining 20% goes to Ravizi as a platform fee.

Note: Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transfer fees, which Ravizi has no control over.

A VIP Room is a one-on-one live video chat between you and a Fan. You can manage VIP Room settings under Profile → VIP Room.

Step 1 — Enable VIP Rooms: Click the Enable VIP Rooms button.
Step 2 — Set your audience: Choose whether all Fans or only your Subscribers can request a VIP Room.
Step 3 — Set your rates: The default rates are listed below, but you can adjust them freely.
Step 4 — Manage your schedule: Fill in the calendar under Profile → VIP Room to set your availability.

Nudity is permitted in:

• Your posts
• Your private messages
• Your VIP Rooms

Nudity is NOT permitted in:

• Your profile photo
• Your header/cover photo

If your content appears on another site without your permission, Ravizi can assist in having it taken down. We will send legal notices, take legal action if necessary, and notify search engines. This service is provided free of charge.
