These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Performer Agreement (both incorporated by reference), govern your access to and use of https://www.ravizi.com and its sub-domains, including all content, functionality, and services available through our website, mobile-optimised sites, mobile applications, and blogs (together, the "Website"), whether you access it as a guest, a Registered User, or a Performer.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You have the authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of any organisation you represent.

Performers and Users are not separate categories of person — they describe the activity a user is engaged in. Performers may broadcast on the Website subject to these Terms and our Performer Agreement, which exist to comply with the law, maintain community standards, and protect users' safety. Subject to those rules, Performers have full control over when and how they broadcast, and can set their own conditions for viewers.

Age Requirement — Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this Website. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately.

By using the Website, you confirm that you have reached the age of 18. If we have reason to believe you are under 18, we will terminate your Account immediately and may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

This Website is open only to consenting adults. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards:

  • Any person under 18 using the Website, whether genuinely or as part of role-play.
  • Any image, video, or depiction of anyone under 18 being uploaded to the platform for any reason.

User Accounts

Guests and Registered Users

Guests may access certain areas of the Website without registering — including Performer Rankings, Performer Categories, the Messaging Board, and the Merchandise Store. To access most features, you will need to create a Registered User account ("Account").

Creating an Account

When you register, you will create a username and password. If you wish to become a Performer, you will need to provide certain personal information. To use paid features, you will need to add a payment method. Your payment details are handled securely by a third-party payment processor in accordance with their own terms — Ravizi does not store your payment card details.

Prohibition on Prostitution and Human Trafficking

Ravizi strictly prohibits any use of the Website to facilitate, promote, or engage in prostitution, sex trafficking, or any related activity. This includes using the Website to:

  • Exchange personal contact details with a Performer for the purpose of arranging any offline meeting.
  • Discuss or arrange any transaction involving meeting a Performer through any other service or means.

Any violation of this prohibition will result in immediate and permanent Account termination. Ravizi will cooperate fully with the police and any other relevant law enforcement agencies investigating such matters.

Child Protection — Zero Tolerance

This Website has a strict zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors.

Anyone found seeking, sharing, or discussing such content — even under the guise of role-play — will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities.

Payments and Billing

To complete purchases in the Merchandise Store, subscribe to a Performer Channel, make a Tip, join a VIP Room, or use the paid Messaging function, you must first top up your Account with Ravizi Credits by providing accurate billing information to our third-party payment processor.

Ravizi does not store your payment card details. We accept no liability for any misuse of payment information by the third-party payment processor.
